Overview
This role combines deep machine learning expertise with strong implementation skills. We are looking for people who can independently implement, improve, and scale modern AI systems while remaining highly execution-oriented.
What you will work on
- Training large-scale multimodal AI models
- Building and improving WAM / VLA / VTLA systems
- Implementing and reproducing state-of-the-art research
- Designing training and evaluation pipelines
- Working on world action models, world models, and robotic reasoning systems
- Improving inference efficiency and deployment
- Running large-scale experiments and analyzing results
Typical background
- Strong understanding of modern ML architectures
- Strong publication record in T1 venues (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CoRL, R:SS, JLMR)
- Strong debugging and experimentation skills
- Strong PyTorch expertise
- Experience implementing papers independently
- Experience with distributed training or GPU infrastructure
Nice to have
- Experience with robotics learning
- Experience with diffusion models, RL, or multimodal systems
- Experience with simulation and synthetic data generation
- Experience with Isaac Sim

Location
