AI Engineer

Overview

This role is designed as a broad and accessible entry point into our AI team and is especially suited for strong builders, ambitious MSc graduates, and practical machine learning engineers who want to work on cutting-edge robotics AI.

What you will work on

• Training and evaluating AI models
• Building tooling and infrastructure for ML workflows
• Implementing and improving existing methods
• Working with robotics datasets, simulation, and evaluation pipelines
• Supporting deployment of models onto robotic systems
• Collaborating closely with AI Research Engineers and Robotics / Systems Engineers

Typical background

• Strong Python skills
• Basic to intermediate PyTorch experience
• Interest in robotics, computer vision, or embodied AI
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
• Experience with Isaac Sim
• Experience with ROS2, simulation, or robotics

Nice to have

• Open-source contributions
• Experience with GPU training workflows
• Experience with multimodal AI systems
• Co-Author of a research paper

Location
